Three of our talented students proudly represented Coding Lab and Singapore at the Taiwan Presidential Hackathon 2024 International Track, making history as the first-ever participants from Singapore in this prestigious competition. Out of 77 global teams, they were selected as one of the 10 finalists and stood out as the only student team, competing against corporations, research institutions, and professionals from around the world.

During the finals, they presented their innovative solution to industry leaders, including Taiwan's Ministry of Digital Affairs, National Science and Technology Council, and Ministry of Health and Welfare, along with organizations like Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy and Code for Japan.

This journey was more than just about competition—it was a transformative experience that tested their creativity, resilience, and teamwork. Despite being spread across different locations, the team worked seamlessly together, guided by their mentor, CK Liu, to rapidly develop and present their solution to global experts.

This remarkable achievement highlights the potential of young minds when given the right guidance and opportunities. We are proud of how our students brought the spirit of innovation to the global stage, proving that passion and perseverance are key to making a meaningful impact.
