Our brilliant #CodingLabStudents shone on the global stage by achieving the 1st Prize at the 2024 MIT AI & Education Summit!

The team, 3 ACTs, consisting of 5 girls from various primary schools in Singapore, was selected among the 400 attendees from 30 countries as the First Prize for Poster Presentation on their project, “Cost-Effective Smart Household Water Usage Tracker Using IoT”.

Our students were the youngest participants at this prestigious summit, and their achievement is particularly impressive, given that over 80 projects were submitted from all over the world with only about 20% making it to the Summit.

Their presentations were passionate and heartfelt and reflected their deep interest in AI, App Inventor, and their potential for global change. Our students showcased their talent on a global stage among leading experts and innovators and highlighted Singapore’s commitment to educational innovation. 🌍💡

Congratulations once again to all our students on their outstanding achievements! 👏 Their journey to this achievement was truly inspiring, and we are incredibly proud of their dedication and drive to make a difference in today's tech world. 🏆
