Fun Techtivities in January!
With the new year incoming, want to set off on a journey to explore the wonders of technology and how we can find it in various activities around us? Here are some #TechtivitiesOfTheMonth for you to begin with! 😉
Starting off with some #TechNews, do you find needing to take out your card or phone to tap in to MRT stations inconvenient? Beijing recently started a pilot programme allowing people simply scan their palm prints to enter and exit subway stations! This is done by registering one’s unique palm print and vein maps. 👋 “The ticket gates can recognise the user’s palm print and veins without contact, which is more hygienic, faster, and safer than conventional check-in methods,” said Zhang Li, an expert at the Beijing Metro Network Control Centre. 🚄 Check out more here! 🚆
Now that we’re all set, keep scrolling on to discover techtivities that you and your family can indulge in this month! ✨
