Candice's experience in Sales and Marketing spans various Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical and FMCG companies. As a graduate of the Influence and Persuasion in Leadership course at Harvard University, she is equipped with advanced persuasive techniques essential for grooming young minds into future leaders. This specialized training enhances her ability to teach students how to confidently articulate their ideas, craft compelling speeches, and make persuasive presentations—key skills needed for the Direct School Admission (DSA) process and beyond.

Her two kids are regular students of Coding Lab, serving as the lab’s unofficial “quality control.” Their feedback keeps Candice and her team on their toes, ensuring the curriculum remains sharp, rigorous, and kid-approved.

In her role as Chairperson of Tiny Thinkers, a social initiative supported by IMDA, Candice provides Computational Thinking Activities and Kits to empower underprivileged kids. Through her combined expertise in leadership influence, corporate experience, and educational innovation, Candice inspires students to become confident communicators and dynamic future leaders.
